Boiler repair, Servicing, Plumbing & Central Heating installation

Its always an important question and sometimes a concern when calling someone, we understand this and for this reason we usually like to discuss costs once we know the situation, however we do base our charges on an hourly rate, we charge the first hour and then work on half hour increments.

 

Our hourly rate is £72.00, this includes VAT

For boiler replacements or new installs of all kinds we provide a free quotation

 

The way in which we charge for our time is made simple, once you give us a call we will arrange a suitable time to visit you, we dont have a callout charge as this whole idea is to charge without actually doing anything, we will come by, inspect the problem, if we are satisfied we can fix the issue we will then explain the costs involved. If in the very unlikely event we feel we cant help you then no charges will be made.

 

If we solve the issue within the first hour then we will charge £72.00, however if more is required we will stop having diagnosed the problem and discuss further action with you and further costs.

 

Our promise to you is that if we cant help then we will quickly tell you and no charges will be made and if you are unhappy with our proposed costs to continue then again no charges will be made, we are confident that we can discuss everything and you would be happy to continue.

 

We believe this puts you firmly in control and can take the pressure off that you will be charged an amount of money and not get the outcome you expect, in almost all cases we dont expect payment until the works are complete and you are entirely satisfied.
